Creating a natural product was always really important to me. A dressing is something I use everyday, so I wanted to make sure when developing them, that they contained no nasties and had all the good stuff! I didn’t want to exclude any ingredients to compromise on flavour. But, what’s great about a good dressing, is they don’t necessarily require dairy and gluten, if made using the best quality ingredients. Being refined sugar free was a big one for me, and I’m really happy that all 4 tick that box. It's so important to me, to use the best quality ingredients possible, and always natural.
