300g frozen sweet potato fries
6 Stocked harissa jackfruit frozen blocks
Crumbled feta
Finely sliced fresh chilli
Spring onions, finely sliced
All Dressed Up Tahini Lime Dressing
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Cook the frozen sweet potato fries according to the packet instructions until golden and crispy.
Step 2: Add the frozen harissa jackfruit blocks to a pan. Cover with a lid and cook over a medium heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through and cooked down.
Step 3: Transfer the crispy sweet potato fries to a serving platter. Spoon over the hot harissa jackfruit.
Step 4: Top with crumbled feta, sliced fresh chilli and spring onions. Finish with a generous drizzle of All Dressed Up Tahini Lime Dressing and serve immediately.
