We think it’s fair to say the Miso Caesar has gained a serious cult following lately. The secret behind the obsession? You guessed it. The dressing.
So naturally, as dressing obsessives, we decided to show you how to make your own, in minutes from home using our umami rich miso sesame dressing.
Restaurant quality, achievable on a Tuesday night in your sweatpants.
INGREDIENTS
Serves 2:
For the dressing:
1 tbsp mayonnaise (French mayo works best if you have it!)
1 tbsp natural yogurt
A generous drizzle of All Dressed Up Miso Sesame dressing
A squeeze of fresh lemon
Plenty of cracked black pepper
For the salad:
1 head of romaine lettuce, cut into bite-sized pieces
1/4 ciabatta, torn into chunks
A glug of olive oil
2 chicken breasts (or use leftover roast chicken!)
Parmesan, to shave on top
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: If you aren't using leftovers, season your chicken breasts with a pinch of salt and pepper, and pan-fry them in a little oil until golden and cooked completely through. Let them rest for a minute, then shred them up.
Step 2: Toss your torn ciabatta chunks in a glug of olive oil and toast them in a pan (or the oven) until perfectly golden and crispy.
Step 3: Add your mayo, yogurt, All Dressed Up Miso Sesame, lemon squeeze, and black pepper directly into the bottom of a large serving bowl and whisk it all together.
Step 4: Add your chopped romaine and shredded chicken right into the bowl on top of the dressing. Toss everything together until every leaf is perfectly coated.
Step 5: Top with your warm croutons and shave over a generous amount of Parmesan. Enjoy!
