This is a great little dish that you can whip up in a matter of minutes. You could either have it as a tasty light lunch, or it works just as well as a side dish. The crispiness of the miso alongside the umami-ness of the miso and the heat of those Yep Kitchen hunan chilies is really tasty!
Serves 1
6 prawn gyoza (I used Itsu)
6 cherry tomatoes, halved
4 spring onions, finely sliced
Handful of coriander, roughly chopped
1 tsp of Yep Kitchen hunan fresh chillis
Generous drizzle of miso & sesame dressing
Sesame seeds, to garnish
Pinch of salt
1. Pan fry the gyoza as per packet instructions.
2. In a bowl, mix together the cooked gyoza, tomatoes, spring onions and coriander. Drizzle over a generous squeeze of miso & sesame dressing and your Yep Kitchen chillies.
3. Spoon into a bowl, and top with a pinch of salt and sesame seeds to garnish. Enjoy!
