INGREDIENTS
Serves 1:
Salmon fillet
Two handfuls of kale
1/4 fennel bulb, thinly sliced with a mandoline
Segments of one orange
All Dressed Up Tahini Lime dressing
Capers
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Sear a salmon fillet and wilt some kale in a pan.
Step 2: Slice ¼ fennel bulb and segment an orange.
Step 3: Coat the warm kale in Tahini Lime dressing.
Step 4: Top with the fennel, orange, capers, and the salmon.
Finish with an extra drizzle (always) and enjoy.
