INGREDIENTS
Serves 2/3:
1 large orange
1 large grapefruit
1 Beetroot
2 heads of radicchio
2 handfuls of walnuts
All Dressed Up Miso Sesame dressing
A pinch of sugar
1 Burrata
Dill to finish
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1: Slice your citrus fruits beetroot into segments and tear your radicchio leaves
Step 2: Caramelise your walnuts in a hot pan with a generous drizzle of Miso Sesame dressing and a pinch of sugar
Step 3: Plate your citrus, radicchio leaves and beetroot on a platter.
Step 4: Tear over burrata and scatter miso walnuts.
Step 5: Finish with dill and a generous drizzle of Miso Sesame dressing and you are ready to serve
